High Repeat Accuracy for Fine-Pitch Printing
The MC110 is engineered for precision, featuring self-locking X, Y, and theta adjustment screws that ensure fast pressure alignment and stable positioning throughout the print process. Flexible Stencil Frame Compatibility
The MC110 accommodates a wide range of stencil frames, from 300 x 300 mm (11.8" x 11.8") up to 736 x 736 mm (29" x29"), which can be either clamped or screw-mounted to its robust frame-mounting channel brackets. This flexibility allows operators to use existing frames with ease, ensuring compatibility across diverse applications while maintaining precise, reliable alignment for every print.
Versatile Board Mounting & Support
A fully adjustable mounting hardware kit simplifies board setup by accommodating tooling holes, pin registration, or edge mounting, making it adaptable to a wide range of PCB designs. Adjustable magnetic support pins maintain planarity, even on oversized or double-sided boards, ensuring stable alignment for precise, repeatable results. This flexibility makes the system particularly well-suited for prototyping, first-article builds, and low-volume production where quick setup and reliable double-sided printing are essential.
