Manncorp Equipment Warranty
Every new Manncorp machine comes with one year of unlimited phone and email support, plus remote diagnostics on machines equipped with internet connections. Certified pre-owned machines purchased from Manncorp include a six-month warranty.
During your warranty period, costs associated with diagnoses or repair are typically waived. Your machine's Standard Equipment Warranty also covers part replacements, excluding wear-and-tear parts, such as belts, bulbs, filters, and nozzles. The warranty period begins upon installation or 30 days after receipt, whichever is sooner.

Our expert technicians are available to resolve most issues remotely. In the rare case that on-site or in-house service is required, you will be provided with a quote for technician travel/lodging or machine shipping, billed at cost, prior to the service appointment being scheduled.
Out of Warranty?
Post-warranty, service can be purchased in time blocks. You will be charged in 2-hour ($250) increments for non-automated equipment (i.e. lead formers, dry boxes, etc) or 4-hour ($500) increments for automated equipment (i.e. pick & place, AOI, rework, etc.).
