The Sherlock 500LA inspects both tall and ultra-small components using a deep depth-of-field telecentric optical system.
By keeping the PCB stationary and moving the camera instead, the system eliminates vibration and maintains image clarity while increasing inspection speed.
A high-precision X-Y motion system (±50 μm accuracy) enables fast, accurate scanning, while an intelligent conveyor automatically adjusts to each job. Standard features include a pneumatic stopper and vacuum clamp, with optional motorized clamping.
