The TA5575 Precision Twin-Air Solder Paste Dispenser is designed for high-accuracy manual dispensing where control and repeatability are critical. Mounted on a manipulator, the twin-air dispenser allows users to apply precise, minute amounts of liquid while maintaining a stable flow-even with challenging adhesives or materials that aren't suitable for traditional air-pulse systems.

Precision & Alignment

A built-in autofocus microscope (1280 x 1800 resolution, 60 fps) provides a clear view of the application area for accurate positioning. Independent vertical and horizontal adjustments ensure precise alignment and parallel dispensing, while the nozzle gap is fixed relative to the work surface for consistent, repeatable results.
