The MC1400 is engineered for speed and precision, featuring a built-in camera system that aligns the PCB before every print cycle to ensure fast setup and outstanding repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm. Its advanced AT-Align software automatically detects fiducials and adjusts for PCB offsets, aligning the board to the stencil without operator intervention. With this fully automated process, operators simply press the start key, and the MC1400 handles both alignment and printing—delivering consistent, fine-pitch results with maximum efficiency.
Reduces Solder Paste Consumption
The MC1400 is equipped with a dual-squeegee, dual-stroke control system that maximizes solder paste efficiency while maintaining exceptional accuracy. With a cycle time of just 15-25 seconds per PCB and registration repeatability of ±0.01 mm (0.0004"), it delivers both speed and precision. All critical movements—including PCB positioning, mounting table adjustments, and squeegee operation—are guided by precision linear rails, while servo-controlled print and table speeds ensure consistent, high-quality results with reduced paste waste.
Large Print Area
The MC1400 is designed to handle a wide range of board sizes with a standard 400 x 400 mm (15.75" x 15.75") mounting table, while larger configurations, such as 500 x 400 mm (19.68" x 15.75"), are also available to meet expanded production needs. Supporting stencil frames up to 700 x 700 mm (27.5" x 27.5"), it provides the flexibility required for everything from standard PCBs to oversized panels, ensuring manufacturers can take on diverse projects without limitations.
Intuitive Control and Fast Changeover
The MC1400 offers complete programmability of all parameters—including print speed, stroke length, and squeegee pressure—through its graphical, Windows-based control software. Operators can easily monitor every detail of the current print job via the on-screen process status display, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. Flexible tooling holders further streamline production by enabling fast PCB setup and changeover, accommodating both tooling pins (included) and vacuum support for seamless edge-to-edge printing.
