The SDM236 Motorized LED Depaneler is specifically engineered to handle the challenges of separating extra-long, V-grooved aluminum panels and thick FR4 PCBs. It's ideal for applications that demand clean, stress-free cuts on rigid, oversized boards.

This high capacity depaneler features support platforms at both the loading and unloading ends, extending the total system length to over 2.3 meters (91"). It easily accommodates substrates up to 1.2 meters (48") long and 370 mm (14.5") wide, providing ample space and flexibility for processing large-format PCBs. The SDM236 is optimized for aluminum and FR4 LED PCB strip depaneling, enhancing productivity and expanding application versatility.

The SDM236 utilizes three pairs of upper and lower circular blades that gradually increase in cutting depth. This incremental separation method reduces tension on both the board material and surface-mounted parts, ensuring clean, consistent results without the risk of damage. The SDM236 features three motorized circular blades that progressively cut V-grooved aluminum boards (0.8-1.6 mm thick) and FR4 PCBs (0.8-3.0 mm thick) with minimal stress and blade wear. Each blade set operates at independently adjustable depths, and the cutting speed is variable up to 500 mm/s to suit a range of applications. Ideal for medium to high-volume production, the SDM236 can separate strips up to 55 mm wide with components up to 15 mm tall, even if located just 2 mm from the score line. Adjustable guide bars and platform heights ensure accurate alignment and smooth operation.
