The SDM121 Motorized PCB Depaneler uses a motorized circular blade against a fixed linear blade to deliver clean separation of pre-scored PCBs while minimizing stress that can cause microcracks or delamination—even with components just 1 mm from the score line.

Operation is simple: align the blades to the score line, lock the blade height, and select the depaneling speed. Once activated via foot switch, the motorized circular blade automatically follows the V-groove, delivering a smooth, burr-free cut without operator guidance.

Built-in safety: Plexiglas shield and light sensors stop operation if obstructed

The SDM121 supports medium- to high-volume production with up to 32 mm component clearance and maximum cutting lengths of 445 mm (17.5") or 483 mm (19"). Cut length is fully programmable and displayed on an LED readout for precise control.
