Precision Multi-Blade Cutting for Long LED Boards
The SDM236 uses a three-blade cutting system to deliver smooth, low-stress separation of V-grooved aluminum and FR4 PCBs.
- 3 motorized blades: progressive cutting reduces stress and blade wear
- Material range: aluminum (0.8–1.6 mm) and FR4 (0.8–3.0 mm)
- Adjustable blade depth: precise control for different board types
- Up to 500 mm/sec: variable speed for optimized throughput
- High-density capability: components up to 15 mm tall and 2 mm from score line
- Up to 55 mm strip width: ideal for LED strip applications
Adjustable guide bars and platform heights ensure accurate alignment and smooth, consistent operation across a wide range of board sizes and materials.
