Full magazines are loaded onto the lower platform and automatically transferred to the indexing elevator which has selectable pitch settings of 10, 20, 30, and 40 mm. Full magazines are transferred to the upper platform.
The Adjustable PCB Magazine Unloader handles any magazine to 355 mm x 320 mm x 563 mm (13.98" x 12.60" x 22.17"), equivalent to the size of a CAB 601 and 701 or Nikko NKAJ 0525 Series magazine, through 535 mm x 530 mm x 570 mm (21.06" x 20.87" x 22.44"), the size of a CAB 707 or Nikko NKAJ 0546 Series magazine. Accordingly, the Adjustable PCB Magazine Unloader can accommodate PCBs to 50-530 mm (1.97-20.87") long by 50-460 mm (1.97-18.11") wide.
Note: Dedicated magazine size unloaders are available at lower cost—ideal for assemblers who don't require adjustable magazine feature.
