A Partnership Built to Last: Why Oven Industries Chooses Manncorp
Since 1964, Oven Industries has been a trusted leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality, precision temperature solutions. Operating out of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, they have spent over six decades building an extensive catalog that includes analog and digital temperature controllers (specializing in ON/OFF, Proportional, and complex PID models), custom temperature sensor probes, power supplies, and flexible heater blankets.
Their thermal management solutions are trusted in some of the most demanding fields imaginable. You can find Oven Industries’ components in everything from critical medical respiratory devices, nebulizers, and DNA sequencers to commercial cooking equipment, automotive design labs, and even airborne military systems and NASA space applications. When you manufacture components that operate in such high-stakes environments, you know that the secret to long-term success isn’t just the products you build—it’s the precision of your equipment and the reliability of the partnerships you form.
I remember when our partnership first began. Oven Industries became one of my very first loyal customers after I started working at Manncorp back in 2009. Watching these kinds of continuous relationships grow and flourish over the years is easily one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
That partnership hit another exciting milestone recently when Oven Industries expanded their production capabilities by purchasing a Manncorp 28.400 Compact Wave Solder.
The new wave solder machine integrates directly into their existing lineup, joining a robust suite of Manncorp equipment that includes an MC1400 Automatic Batch Stencil Printer, MC388 Mid-High Volume Pick and Place Machine, and a CR5000 5-Zone SMT Reflow Oven.
What makes this latest addition so special is the incredible history behind it. Oven Industries purchased their very first surface-mount technology (SMT) line from us in January 2011. Today, fifteen years later, the printer and oven from that original 2011 purchase are still on the production floor, running great, and actively used in their daily operations.
When you build equipment that stands the test of time, customers notice. But for Oven Industries, the decision to stick with us came down to something even deeper than machinery.
“Oven Industries decided to buy from Manncorp exclusively because of the service and support Manncorp has given us since January 2011 when we bought our first SMT line,” said Michael Carlini of Oven Industries.
For me, seeing a piece of equipment we installed in 2011 still hammering out high-quality work in 2026 is a proud moment. But knowing that our service and support team has earned that exclusive loyalty for over a decade? That is what a true partnership is all about. We are thrilled to support Oven Industries as they enter this next chapter of growth with the 28.400 Compact Wave Solder.
