At the heart of the XC01 is an 80kV closed-type x-ray tube paired with a 17-inch high-definition flat panel detector. This powerful combination allows the system to count four 7-inch reels or one 15-inch (380 mm) reel in less than 10 seconds. With a focal point spot size of just 30 microns, the system achieves outsanding counting accuracy—up to 99.98% for 01005 components.

Large Reel and Tray Compatibility
The system supports reels up to 17 inches (430 mm) and trays, even when sealed in moisture barrier bags.
