The CR10000 10-Zone SMT Reflow Oven is built on a robust industrial control platform combining an industrial computer with PLC and SSR control for stable, high-reliability operation in demanding production environments. Independent upper and lower temperature control accesses ten top and ten bottom forced hot-air convection heating zones to ensure precise thermal management, while PID control maintains zone temperature stability within ±1°C for consistent, repeatable results in high-volume manufacturing.

Advanced Windows-Based Software & Security

Running on a Windows 11 operating system with an LCD display, the CR10000 features powerful, user-friendly software for complete process management, including on/off control, conveyor speed adjustment, temperature control, profile setup, delayed shutdown, and full-screen profile display. Password protection and program backup safeguard critical process parameters, preventing unauthorized changes while ensuring secure storage and easy recovery of production recipes.

High-Volume Reflow Performance & Cooling

Designed for high-volume production, the CR10000 supports both leaded and lead-free solder paste profiles with a maximum operating temperature of 350°C. Two dedicated cooling zones utilize a high-efficiency cooling air system to rapidly and uniformly reduce PCB temperatures after reflow. Front and rear ventilation ports within the heating chamber prevent thermal interference between zones, maintaining uniform temperature distribution throughout the process.

Flexible, High-Precision Conveyor System

The oven is equipped with a 450 mm pin conveyor over a 570 mm mesh belt, supporting both chain and mesh conveyor operation to accommodate large-batch, inline production. Automatic chain lubrication ensures smooth, durable, and reliable transport, while a three-point motorized synchronous guide rail width adjustment system prevents distortion and maintains stable PCB conveyance even after width changes. A forced guidance device at the lower chain further enhances transport stability.

Safety, Environmental Protection & Compliance

Safety and environmental performance are integral to the CR10000 design, featuring audio and visual malfunction alarms, on-screen operating notifications, and comprehensive data recording for traceability. A built-in high-efficiency flux filtration and reclaiming system provides easy maintenance and a cleaner working environment, while and automatic hood lift mechanism improves service accessibility. The system includes three thermocouple ports for profiling, a UPS battery backup to safely convey PCBs out during power interruptions, and full CE compliance for global manufacturing standards.
