Adjustable Design for Maximum Flexibility

The BC Series conveyor is built for precision and versatility, featuring a stationary front rail and a moeable rear rail easily adjusted via a hand crank to handle PCB widths ranging from 50 mm (1.97") to 460 mm (18.11"). Each model utilizes durable 3 mm edge belts for smooth and stable board transport and is available in standard lengths form 500 mm (19.68") to 1500 mm (59"). For unique production requirements, Manncorp also offers custom conveyor lengths up to 3000 mm (118"), ensuring a perfect fit for any SMT line configuration.

Precision Control & Dependable Construction

The BC Series conveyor offers fully adjustable transport speed, with a variable dial control ranging from 2-11 m/min, allowing precise tuning for different process requirements. A convenient push-button control lets operators temporarily stop the conveyor to remove or inspect boards directly on the integrated front-side worktable. Built from heavy-duty steel for exceptional durability and long-term reliability, every BC Series conveyor delivers stable performance and dependable operation in demanding SMT production environments.
