Standard New Equipment Warranty

The Manncorp Standard Warranty covering new equipment is effective for periods of either one or two years, depending on product category and/or special limited offer in effect at time of purchase.

Items covered:

  1. All parts for a period of one year, excluding those requiring replacement as part of routine maintenance for wear during normal usage, i.e., nozzles, belts, filters, bulbs, etc.
    (Travel to location and related expenses are customer's responsibility)
  2. Phone/email Technical support to original buyer only.
  3. Prior to scheduling an on-site service call, attempts will be made to correct the problem via email, phone and/or online diagnostics.

Items not covered:

  1. Repairs necessitated by misuse, abuse, or use of equipment for other than its designated purpose.
  2. Repairs necessitated by damage from self install.
  3. Repairs connected with the relocation and/or reinstallation of equipment.
  4. Repairs necessitated by alterations or modifications made to Manncorp equipment by parties other than Manncorp.
  5. Repairs caused by installation or removal of devices not provided or authorized by Manncorp.
  6. Repairs necessitated by accident, power failure or surge, fire, water, wind, lightning or other natural disasters.
