Used Equipment Registration Policy

Note: This policy applies only to Pre-Owned Manncorp equipment purchased from other suppliers/private sales.

Manncorp stands by its products with the availability of excellent and continuous support throughout the lifetime of its equipment. This Registration Policy applies to Manncorp equipment purchased used from other sources and is applicable exclusively to our following equipment: Pick and Place Systems, Reflow Ovens, Stencil Printers and Wave Solder Machines.

Initial Product Registration Fee: $5,000 Per Machine, First Year; Hourly service is applicable, Per Machine Thereafter.

  • Technical support available for one year by email and/or phone during normal weekday business hours.Up to 40 hours of support is included.
  • Normal business hours are non-holiday weekdays (M-F) as follows:
    • 8:30AM – 5:00PM (EST), Hatboro, PA [215-830-1200]
    • 8:30AM – 5:00PM (PST), San Diego, CA [858-490-6266]
  • Email and Technical Phone support is a dedicated service provided by the Manncorp Service Team. Our Product Registration Policy does not constitute a warranty nor a guarantee of parts availability.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
