  1. Trident ZDO Zero-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    Trident ZDO Zero-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    VIEW PRICING

The all-new Trident ZDO provides a complete automatic deflushing system from wash to rinse to cleanliness monitoring, drying, and SPC, without the need to install drains, acquire permits or treat and manage wastewater. The system can be used with water only or defluxing chemistries. During operation, the cleaning bath is cleaned and recirculated. Cleaning chemistries are automatically dosed, mixed and reused. This can significantly increase the effective life of a cleaning chemistry and reduce consumable expenses. Additionally, all rinse water is filtered, de-ionized and recycled for zero-discharge operation—better for both the environment and your bottom line. (Trident ZDO is shown here with a single board rack; an additional board rack and upper board rack assembly can be installed to double the capacity of the chamber.)

  2. Trident LDO Low-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    Trident LDO Low-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    VIEW PRICING

The fully automatic Trident LDO defluxing system removes all post-reflow flux and solder paste residues along with other contaminants and particulates from printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and it does so at a cost savings: its built-in wash-solution-reuse system reduces cleaning chemistry costs by as much as 95% while its fast cycle time gets more assemblies cleaned, tested, and dried per shift than any other automated defluxing system. Trident LDO is a low-discharge system. Wash solution is automatically captured and reused, limiting effluent discharges to only the rinse water. A built-in pre-drain filtration system filters rinse water automatically. (For zero-discharge, add the optional EcoCycler rinse water recycling system, or see the Trident ZDO zero-discharge PCB defluxing system).

  3. Trident CLO Zero-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    Trident CLO Zero-Discharge PCB Cleaner

    VIEW PRICING

For manufacturers using water soluble flux exclusively, Trident CLO offers affordable automatic PCB cleaning and cleanliness testing. The Trident CLO system captures, filters and completely de-ionizes ordinary tap water while completely eliminating the need for a drain line, permits or wastewater management, saving money, time and hassle. The system can be connected to a water line or refilled manually. With no drain required and water line connection optional, Trident CLO can be placed anywhere on the production floor. Trident CLO provides the same superior cleaning and drying power as the other machines in the Trident series and is capable of removing all water soluble fluxes in eutectic and lead-free applications. (For a closed-loop system that removes all flux types, including rosin and no clean, see Trident ZDO.)

  4. Zero-Ion G3 Cleanliness Tester

    Zero-Ion G3 Cleanliness Tester

    VIEW PRICING

For two decades, thousands of electronics assemblers have relied on the Zero-Ion cleanliness testing to verify the cleanliness of post-reflow printed circuit assemblies and bare boards. Over time, as PCB assemblies have become more complex and more densely populated with surface mount components, and as vigorous quality standards such as ISO, TQM and Six Sigma have become commonplace, the ability to meet—and confirm—cleanliness levels has grown in importance. The Zero-Ion ROSE tester has kept pace with customer requirements, and the Zero-Ion G3 is the most advanced Zero-Ion ever designed, capable of testing assemblies reflowed with any solder paste, including no clean—yet its also one of the most affordable cleanliness testers on the market as well, with performance and ease of use second to none.

For board washing, Manncorp carries the full range of Trident PCB cleaning machines. Get fully cleaned boards no matter what your installation requirements with full drain, rinse water cycling, or zero discharge PCB cleaner.

PCB cleaning has a big impact on reliability, and not just in removing flux residue. Fingerprint oils, mold release agents, tape residue, halides and other chemicals and particles can affect board quality, particularly if conformal coating is going to be applied. Built in cleanliness testing is included in all Manncorp’s PCB cleaning equipment.
