Trident LDO Duo PCB Board Cleaner

Increase throughput, save money and benefit from the job flexibility of dual chambers, dual wash solution tanks and dual PC controls. Each of the Trident LDO Duo's autonomous defluxing chambers provides complete automatic wash, rinse, dry and cleanliness testing capability for all flux and solder types. All while using just 0.5 gallons (1.8 liters) per minute—up to 90% less than the average inline defluxing system.

Twice the Throughput and More Flexibility
Each of the LDO Duo's wash chambers features an asymmetrical fan-jet spray system with twin counter-rotating spray bars featuring twenty fan-jet nozzles that deliver precision-diffused wash solution and rinse water onto the chamber's oscillating board rack. This technology provides excellent under-component penetration and highly effective coverage on even high-density printed circuit boards populated with low-standoff surface mount (SMT) components.

Each chamber also features an on-board cleanliness tester that continuously monitors cleanliness levels in real-time and controls the cleaning process automatically, ensuring cleaned circuit boards meet or exceed programmed settings, board after board, for the most consistent cleanliness levels possible.

Separate wash tanks and PC controls mean that two different cleaning chemistries and programs can be run simultaneously.

While the Trident series' fast cycle times allow more assemblies to be cleaned, tested and dried per shift than any other automated defluxing systems, the Trident LDO Duo's two-chamber design provides double the throughput.

Easy Operation & Maintenance
Estimated completion time, cleanliness values and operating temperatures are displayed in real time on screen. Gauges on the machine indicate water line, spray manifold and pre-drain filter pressures. The wash solution includes a level gauge with low-level alarm. The concentrated wash solution holding tank also includes a fluid level gauge.

Maintenance reminder software displays the number of times each has been used. The counters turn red when the administrator-specified number of cycles has been reached.
Go from Low- to Zero-Discharge on One or Both Chambers
LDO Duo includes an inline wash solution filtration system in both chambers to filter and recirculate the wash solution, allowing you to benefit from a significant reduction in cleaning chemistry costs.

For zero-discharge, no-drain-required operation, add a high capacity EcoCycler 200 rinse water recycler to one or both chambers.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) for Traceability and Tracking
Trident LDO Duo's SPC data recording automatically tracks alpha-numeric cleaning program names, process times and temperatures, set and actual cleanliness levels, and other valuable data. Advanced bar code scanning capabilities (bar code scanner not included) make it quick and easy to attach process data to a specific assembly. SPC data can be viewed on screen, sent to a networked printer, or exported to USB or another computer via network protocols.
