STANDARD EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
All new equipment purchased directly from Manncorp is covered by the Standard Equipment Warranty for a period of one year after the date of purchase, included in the price of the machinery.
Under the Standard Equipment Warranty, the original buyer is eligible to receive unlimited, complete phone and email technical support. Remote diagnostics is also included within the support offered through the warranty; most problems are solved right away and free of charge with remote diagnostics. In all other cases, on-site service is scheduled immediately. Within the warranty period, labor costs associated with diagnoses or repairs are typically waived.
SERVICE AND REPAIRS
The Standard Equipment Warranty covers all necessary part replacements for one year. The warranty excludes parts that often require placement during routine maintenance (i.e. nozzles, belts, filters, bulbs, etc.) The cost of labor during repairs is often waived for those under warranty. However, if a service technician must be sent for an on-site repair, or if the machine must be shipped to a Manncorp location, the related travel and/or shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXTENDED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Manncorp offers an Extended Equipment Warranty to support our customers after the expiration of the Standard Equipment Warranty. This offer can be renewed annually and is not limited to currently covered equipment. For a quote, contact our East Coast Sales Manager Chris Ellis, by calling 215.869.8374.
Eligibility for receiving an Extended Equipment Warranty is primarily based on machine history. Those who are still covered under warranty will be able to receive an immediate quote. Equipment out of warranty may require more time for processing. To get started, fill out the request form below.
Under warranty, the original buyer will receive complete phone and email technical support, remote diagnostics, and coverage of all necessary part replacements. Additionally, most labor costs accrued during essential repair or maintenance visits will be waived.
Manncorp warranties do not cover travel or shipping expenses and these will be the responsibility of the customer. Coverage received under the Extended Equipment Warranty is an extension of the Standard Equipment Warranty. For a complete description and exclusions, please refer to the Standard Equipment Warranty.

OUT OF WARRANTY?
Customers who do not qualify for an Extended Equipment Warranty will be responsible for the cost of all replacement parts and repairs after their 1-year Standard Equipment Warranty has expired or has been voided. Basic phone support will be available free of charge after the expiration of the Standard Warranty as part of the Manncorp commitment to lifelong support of customers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Manncorp warranties are non-transferable. This warranty may vary based on product category and/or special limited time offers in effect at time of purchase. Misuse of, alterations to, or damage caused by negligence to the equipment may lead to void of the warranty.
The following items are not covered under warranty: repairs necessitated by misuse, abuse, or use of equipment for other than its designated purpose; repairs necessitated by damage from self-install; repairs connected with the relocation and/or reinstallation of equipment; repairs necessitated by alterations or modifications made to Manncorp equipment by parties other than Manncorp; repairs caused by installation or removal of devices not provided or authorized by Manncorp; repairs necessitated by accident, power failure or surge, fire, water, wind, lightning, or other natural disasters.
