BW350 combines cost savings, space savings and performance into one neat package for assemblers looking to solder through-hole and mixed-technology (SMD & through-hole) assemblies quickly and efficiently. Lead-free-capable wave solder machine offers easy operation and control, solders boards and panels to 350 x 350 mm (13.78" x 13.78"). Capable of soldering 150 large or 300 small boards in an 8-hour shift, the BW350 is ideal for small to medium batch production.

Single-wave BW350 solder machine features a titanium finger conveyor on top of a pallet conveyor, a titanium solder pot with 70 kg (154 lb) solder capacity—big enough to get the job done without incurring excessive upfront and ongoing solder costs—and an automatic foam fluxer.

Processing Sequence:

Board is loaded onto carrier and is automatically indexed on downward slope to fluxing & preheat zones.
Flux wave is automatically activated upon board arrival.
The pre-heat station bathes the PCB with evenly dissipated "Shot Light" heat for programmed preheat time.
Board auto reverses and proceeds on upward slope as it is immersed in the height-adjustable wave to preset dwell time.
Cool-down is achieved by triple fans to preset timer. PCB is then presented for removal and next board is loaded.
