Wave Soldering Machines
Manncorp's lead-free-capable wave soldering machines feature compact, production-floor-friendly designs that accommodate PCBs to 250 mm, 350 mm or 450 mm wide. These machines are equipped with many advanced features, such as spray fluxers, convection preheat or dual filtration fume extraction, that are available only as options on other systems in the same price tier. Dual pot capability allows leaded and lead-free solders to be run using the same machine, eliminating the expense and space requirement of a second wave soldering machine. Nitrogen models are also available. All wave soldering machines are supported by Manncorp's knowledgeable in-house technicians.
