BR Series BGA Rework Stations with Split-Vision Alignment for Automatic Removal, Placement, and Soldering of BGAs, CSPs, QFPs, and Other Advanced SMDs
Each member of Manncorp's BR Series of BGA rework station is fully equipped with features essential for today's most challenging surface mount BGA and QFP rework applications. The BR720 and the new BR790-HD include split-vision optics for accurate component lead to solder pad alignment, fully programmable top- and bottom-side heating to meet component and solder paste manufacturers' specifications, multi-zone PCB preheating to prevent board warpage or thermal stress, and integrated thermocouple inputs for precise thermal profiling. Both models also handle large, oversized PCBs up to 550 mm x 500 mm (21.6" x 19.7") and include programmable cooling fans for rapid cooldown and high-integrity solder joint formation.
