Manncorp offers both dedicated LED pick and place machines and combination LED/SMT pick and place machines. All systems provide fast, accurate, automated assembly of LED products of all shapes and sizes. Servo-motor-driven LED tape feeders, positive air pressure at the placement nozzle, and anti-stick Teflon-coated nozzles ensure top performance when placing standard, domed or irregularly shaped LED components. All LED pick & place machines are backed by 2-year parts warranties and supported by Manncorp's experienced, factory-trained technicians. Installation & on-site training are available to get the machine and your personnel up and running production as quickly and smoothly as possible.
